Man charged for indecent exposure in Biscoe Walmart parking lot, police say

BISCOE, N.C. (WGHP) — A man is facing an indecent exposure charge after an incident in the Walmart parking lot, the Biscoe Police Department says.
According to a news release, on Friday at 8:30 a.m., the BPD was notified of an incident in the Walmart parking lot. The victim reported that as they were loading items into their car, a black Camaro pulled up next to them with the window down and motioned to get their attention.
The victim said as they looked toward the suspect, he was allegedly exposed and fondling himself.
On Saturday, Cedric Alfonzo Drake Jr., 28, of Biscoe, was charged with one count of indecent exposure.
He was arrested at his home and taken into custody at the Montogomery County Jail where he is awaiting bond.
At the time of his arrest, Drake was out on bond for two previous incidents of indecent exposure, the BPD says.
