ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- Early Saturday morning a family self-evacuated from a home after a fire broke out in northern Allen County. Dispatch confirmed with WANE 15 that a structure fire was called out in the 11500 block of Ballycastle Place. The fire was called out just after 2 a.m. WANE 15 crew at the scene were told by firefighters that one adult and four children self-evacuated. No one was injured in the fire. The fire was out just before 3:30 a.m. according to firefighters at the scene. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
