ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – ROC the Future Alliance State of our Children had their 12th annual report card release event Friday. The event aims to improve educational outcomes for Rochester's youth. This year's theme was '11,000 Futures on a Path Upward Mobility by 2030'. RTFA's initiative aims to put 11,000 young people on a path to a successful career. The event had speakers including Rochester Mayor Malik Evans and Monroe County Executive Adam Bello.
