MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A teenager has been charged with vehicular homicide after police say he slammed into a car full of people and killed a man. Aaron Pagoag, 18, told police he was chasing a driver who hit his Cadillac Escalade when he crashed head-on into a Lincoln Zephyr at Summer Avenue and North Mendenhall Road in the Berclair area on October 17, 2024. Aaron Pagoaga (SCSO) One passenger in the Zephyr, Nicholas Salcedo, died in the wreck, and three others, including a child, were transported to the hospital. The driver of Zephyr was not seriously hurt. Pagoaga is also charged with three counts of aggravated assault and failure to exercise due care. He is being held on $35,000 bond and is scheduled to be back in court on January 30. .
