MINOT, ND (KXNET) — A Mexican restaurant in the Magic City is moving locations this month. Don Tapatio, which is located in downtown Minot, is opening its doors in a new building on Broadway in the weeks to come. Four months ago, the owners made the purchase, looking for a building that would better suit the needs of the restaurant. The new building will be one story high and has a parking lot for guests to park in. Jelly Roll announced to perform at North Dakota State Fair "So we are closing this Sunday the 19th. This will be our last day here," said the owner's daughter, Kitsia Ridillo. "For some people, it's kind of sad cause they say that they are going to miss our food for two weeks, but they say they will wait, so I'm excited for that. The second thing is, we are planning to open on February 1st there, we are hoping to open that date. If not, we will open Friday, February 7th."
