MINOT, ND (KXNET) — A familiar face is making its way back to the North Dakota State Fair this summer. This morning, the state fair announced their second artist performing at the Grandstand, Jelly Roll. The award-winning, Grammy nominated artist is no stranger to North Dakota, headlining for the second time in the past three years. General Manager Craig Rudland says that this is a very exciting time for fairgoers. Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch nearing fundraising goal "It's always a fun time when we get to the point where we start announcing our entertainment lineup," Rudland said. "You know we've been working on these for literally months and sometimes even as far out as maybe a year. So you know when we get to start announcing those, it's kind of a fun and exciting time."
