OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A felony charge was dismissed for a woman who was involved in a crash that killed a Westmoore High School student in 2022. 17-year-old Kolby Dutton was riding his motorcycle near SW 104th and Western when an SUV pulled out of a private driveway and hit Dutton. Officials say the driver, Judy Todd, was arrested and booked into the Cleveland County Jail on complaints of driving under the influence of drugs, first-degree manslaughter, and failure to yield from a private drive.
