The Latest northeast Wisconsin Forecast from Storm Team 5... What a nice day we had to wrap up this work and school week. While we lost the plentiful sunshine, temperature were the warmest its been in some time, in the 40s for most, even notching 50 in Sheboygan. We have a wind shift line followed by an arctic front off to our west. This is flaring up a few sprinkles or flurries, but that is about it. These fronts move through this evening and tonight, ending our briefly mild period. Temperatures will fall into the 20s to around 30 at midnight, and eventually to the teens to around 20 tomorrow morning. The temperatures at sunrise will be your highs tomorrow. Temperatures will level off or slightly cool throughout the day tomorrow. Expect a few clouds in the morning, turning to mostly sunny skies in the afternoon. Once we lose the daylight, temperatures start to tumble down into the single digits. Factor in a 10-15mph north wind, it will feel like -15 to -25 Sunday morning. A 'Cold Weather Advisory' has been issued for much of northeast Wisconsin beginning at 9pm Saturday through 9pm Monday. Highs Sunday only recover into the low single digits. Sunday night through Tuesday is really when the worst of it settles in. Monday morning, expect air temperatures between -5 and -15, with wind chills -25 to -35. It will be important to give your self extra time in the morning and cover exposed skin, as frostbite and hypothermia are possible within fifteen minutes. The worst of the cold will be Tuesday morning, with wind chills mainly -25 to -35, and areas in northern WI possibly pushing 40 below. Air temperatures will begin to moderate by Wednesday. Other then the cold, weather stays quiet besides a few flurries moving in Thursday
