Rain will fall overnight Friday and early Saturday
Our next weather system moves in late tonight, around midnight, and rain starts to fall. This rain continues until around 5 am. At that point, we'll start to see the rainfall changeover to snowfall. Periods of snow showers will continue to be possible through the day and into the night. This is because, as the main system moves east, northwesterly winds behind it will generate some lake effect snow showers.

Temperatures continue to plummet overnight Saturday and early Sunday with a morning low in the teens that becomes Sunday's high temperature, as well.
