SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- It’s another chilly start Friday morning. A frost advisory is in effect over the South Bay and North Bay hills and interior valleys until 9 a.m.
Expect mostly sunny skies during the day with patchy fog. Some areas can expect clouds and patchy fog tonight.
Daytime highs will be mostly in the mid to high 50s on the coast, mid 50s to low 60s around the bay, and high 50s to low 60s inland. Overnight lows will be mostly in the 40s, with some interior areas dropping into the high 30s.

Cool and quiet weather continues, with coastal and valley fog being possible over the next couple of mornings. Offshore winds look likely early next week, with the potential for these winds to be strong.
In Southern California, another Santa Ana wind event will be possible for Los Angeles County Monday through Tuesday that could prompt more red flag warnings.
