WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - Construction on the new Wichita Biomedical Campus is prompting traffic changes around the downtown site.
The City of Wichita says impacts are anticipated on the following streets:
William will be one-way westbound
Broadway will be two-way as it is now but narrowed down to one lane in each direction
English will be one-way eastbound
Topeka will be one-way southbound – until two-way conversion takes place, then it will be northbound
Once complete, the campus will combine WSU’s College of Health Professions and Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic, WSU Tech’s health care program, and Wichita campuses of KU School of Medicine and KU School of Pharmacy in one facility.
Should USPS pay if bills arrive late?
The 350,000-square-foot building will be eight stories and feature a three-story pavilion, classrooms, labs, a student success center, lounges and study spaces, offices, and meeting spaces.
