LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) - The Town of Ludlow will be updating it's guidelines on the sale of tobacco products.  Ludlow teachers to be given classroom supplies in recognition of dedication The health department hosted a public hearing at Ludlow's Town Hall. New regulations are being put in to place to align with the states recent reform. According to the board, retailers will still be allowed to sell these items, but tobacco products can not contain more than six milligrams of nicotine.  “Think there was some confusion that we were banning smoking completely or cigarette sales completely which is not the case,” said Kelly Lamas, Chair of the Ludlow Board of Health.  The town currently has 16 active tobacco permits.
