The National Transportation Safety Board has released its preliminary report on the Orlando holiday light show drone crash that injured a 7-year-old in attendance. The Dec. 21 show, put on by Sky Elements, saw several drones collide and plunge into a crowd of hundreds at Lake Eola Park. A 7-year-old boy was hit by a falling drone in the face and chest, and reportedly had to undergo emergency open-heart surgery due to his injuries the following day.
