Woman shoots up Cordova apartments on New Year's Day: MPD

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A woman who shot up two cars and four apartment residences with people inside on New Year's Day in Cordova has now been arrested, Memphis Police say.
Tisshari Richardson, 29, is charged with aggravated assault, two counts of vandalism $2,500-$10,000, and 11 counts of reckless endangerment.

Officers responded to a shots fired call at The Willows at Shelby Farms apartments on Glen Arbor Circle around 5:30 a.m. A woman, later identified as Tisshari Richardson, is accused of firing multiple shots into a Chevy Equinox and a Dodge Challenger before using the gun to break the car windows.
Richardson then started to fire multiple shots into four residences with a total of 12 people inside, police say.
Witnesses on the scene told police they recorded the incident and identified Richardson. Officers say Richardson was seen on video using the gun to damage the vehicles and shooting into the residences.

Richardson is heard on video "taunting" the people whose car she allegedly damaged saying, to come outside so she could kill them.
Police say another witness showed them video footage of Richardson knocking on doors, and ringing a Ring doorbell, while carrying a handgun and trying to get the two victims whose car she damaged to come outside.
Tisshari Richardson is currently held in jail on a $250,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Monday morning.
