IRVINE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Crews are working to make repairs on a helicopter, after it made an emergency landing on Estill Springs Elementary School grounds. According to a Facebook post by the Irvine Fire Department, the helicopter landed safely and did not have any patients on board. The emergency landing occurred Thursday, and officials have not disclosed the cause. No injuries were reported, and the situation was handled without incident.
