Alamance Crossing shopping center sells to Colorado real estate group for $38.5 million

Alamance Crossing, the largest shopping center in Burlington, is set to be purchased by a Colorado-based commercial real estate group after an Alamance County Superior Court hearing earlier this week.
On Monday, Stephanie Reese, a visiting superior court judge from Guilford County, approved the sale of Alamance Crossing for $38.5 million to Arsenault Holdings, LLC. The entity is associated with Louisville, Colorado-based commercial real estate firm Real Capital Solutions.
Alamance Crossing has faced financial troubles in the past few years. In 2023, the Alamance County Superior Court appointed Spinoso Real Estate Group to take over management from CBL Properties after it defaulted on a $50.8 million bank loan in 2021. In July of 2024, the Alamance Superior Court ordered that the property be listed for sale.
