HS Boys Basketball Wrap: Allentown takes down WWPS; Trenton rallies past Hightstown

ALLENTOWN — The Allentown High boys basketball team’s offensive sprung to life in a 75-55 victory over West Windsor-Plainsboro South in a CVC Valley Division game on Thursday night.
Nick Pless scored 18 points to lead four in double figures for the Redbirds (3-7, 2-2 CVC Valley). Ryan Doran finished with 15 points, Cal Shellenberger added 14 and Mattox Watson had 13.
Cameron Jones was the top scorer for the Pirates (3-13, 2-3 CVC Valley) with 18 points. Adriel Dominguez added 16.
Trenton 43, Hightstown 42
HIGHTSTOWN — Juan Sanchez scored 17 points, Qadir Dixon chipped in 10 and the Tornadoes (7-7, 4-1 CVC Colonial) rallied past the Rams (8-6, 3-2 CVC Colonial) with a 17-9 fourth-quarter run. Julian Davis and Brett Carter had 13 points each for Hightstown.

HAMILTON — Terrance Traylor went for 20 points, Joel Cineus finished with 18 and Kristian Thomas added 14 as the Blue Devils (8-3, 4-1 CVC Colonial) blew out the Northstars (6-6, 0-4 CVC Colonial)

HAMILTON — Malach Jeffers-Viera netted 20 points, Blake Amos Whitfield added 14 and the Knights (12-1, 3-1 CVC Valley) bounced back from their first loss to throttle the Spartans (1-11, 0-4 CVC Valley).
Robbinsville 42, Princeton 35
ROBBINSIVLLE — Tyler Bunnell had 22 points to lead the Ravens (7-7, 2-3 CVC Colonial) past the Tigers (2-9, 0-4 CVC Colonial). Michael Bess Jr. scored 18 for Princeton.
PDS 45, South Brunswick 40
SOUTH BRUNSWICK — The Panthers (5-6) picked up a victory on the road over the Vikings (2-11).
