1 in lifethreatening condition after WinstonSalem water rescue on Duck Pond Court

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) -- A minor is in the hospital in life-threatening condition after a water rescue in Winston-Salem, according to the Winston-Salem Fire Department.
Officials were told around 5 p.m. about three minors playing on a frozen pond in the area of 4000 Duck Pond Court, according to WSFD Assistant Chief Andrew Gray.
Two minors were taken out of the pond by a water rescue team and taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.
The third minor was taken to a hospital in life-threatening condition.
The High Point Fire Department's dive team helped with the rescue. This is a developing story.
