STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Stafford County deputies caught Waldo the pony escaping Thursday morning for the second time this week.
The Stafford County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) said deputies responded to the Stafford Crossing Community Church on Forbes Street just before 9 a.m. after Waldo was caught visiting the grounds again - despite paying a visit this past Monday.

"Keeping Waldo the pony corralled is proving to be a nightmare!" SCSO said in a Facebook post.
A deputy "hoofed it around the building" and quickly caught Waldo before he decided to "stirrup" more trouble.

"We believe Waldo was trying to hear the sermon from Pastor Darryl, but only got Pastor Dave and Waldo appeared to have a long face," SCSO said. "It is clear Waldo loves being the Centaur of attention."
Will Waldo make his third unsanctioned visit to the church again?
One Facebook user said "Everyone asks, 'Where's Waldo'; but no one asks, 'How is Waldo?'. What's he running from?"
