STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Stafford County deputies caught Waldo the pony escaping Thursday morning for the second time this week. The Stafford County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) said deputies responded to the Stafford Crossing Community Church on Forbes Street just before 9 a.m. after Waldo was caught visiting the grounds again - despite paying a visit this past Monday.
