PERINTON, N.Y. (WROC) — A proposed apartment complex in Perinton has taken a step further to completion at 390 Woodcliff Drive near the mall. Last night, the town's planning board gave the all-clear for a final site plan approval for a community with 178 apartment units in 4 three-story buildings. The town board still needs to approve the project, and the developer has asked that the project's rezoning application be put back on the agenda on January 24.
