MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The coroner's office is asking for the public's help in identifying the next of kin of a 38-year-old man who passed. On Thursday, the Merced County Sheriff Coroner's Bureau asked for help in identifying the family of 38-year-old Gregorio Lobaton Ramirez. They say they have searched numerous personal records, but their attempts to find his family have been unsuccessful. The coroner's office adds it is crucial to locate the immediate family members of this man so they can release the body and allow Ramirez to have a proper burial.
