New citizens are welcomed in Syracuse ceremony

Syracuse, NY -- Forty new citizens from 19 different countries were welcomed to the United States today in a ceremony held at the James M. Hanley Federal Courthouse in downtown Syracuse.U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York Magistrate Judge Mitchell J. Katz presided over the ceremony in which the new citizens recited the Oath of Allegiance.
