ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man who police said has been a recurring problem pled guilty for aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer. According to a criminal complaint, Mohammed Abdulwahhab was caught speeding during a street racing operation by the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office last year. Video shows Santa Fe man accused of spending the night inside a Walmart But this is not his first time doing this. In 2020, Abdulwahhab was arrested for fleeing police. In that incident, he was accused of reaching speeds of 70 miles per hour on Central Ave. and over 100 on the Tingley bike path. That case was dismissed. Judge Lucy Solimon sentenced him to 18 months of probation on last year's case.
