UPDATE: Attleboro police searching for five at large suspects in armed robbery

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Attleboro Police Department investigated reports of an armed robbery Tuesday that eventually resulted in one arrest by Cumberland police.
The incident occurred Tuesday at 4:12 p.m. when Attleboro officers responded to a 911 call of an armed robbery at N&R Wholesale at 30 Mann Street.
Six masked suspects entered the business, brandished guns, and demanded cash from the employee.
The suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Attleboro police were notified a short time later of a car crash in Cumberland, and the vehicle was identified as being connected to the robbery, according to the Attleboro Police Department.
Chance McKinney, 23, of Cranston was arrested by Cumberland police and is charged with being a fugitive from justice from the robbery incident, along with several other charges.
He was arraigned in 6th District Court in Providence Thursday.
He will be turned over to Attleboro police at a later date to answer to the robbery charges.
The investigation into the remaining five suspects is ongoing.
