BOSTON (WPRI) — Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey will highlight her priorities for this year in the annual State of the Commonwealth address on Thursday night. Healey will reflect on accomplishments from her first two years in office while also explaining what her budget proposal will contain. The governor is expected to talk about fixing infrastructure, making housing more affordable and investing in primary care, among other topics. A Republican response will be delivered by state Rep.
