On the heels of two mergers over the last three months, United Real Estate | Partners has announced the launch of its new commercial division. The commercial division will operate from the firm’s New Orleans Garden District office (1700 Josephine Street, Suite B) and will specialize in commercial property sales and leasing. In November 2024, United Real Estate | Partners merged with Covington-based Real Estate Resource Group. That merger followed the February 2024 announcement that Team Geaux Properties merged with United. After the mergers, United Real Estate Partners’ local operations includes three offices in New Orleans, Metairie, and Mandeville, with nearly 200 agents. United Real Estate | Partners is a subsidiary of United Real Estate, which operates in 32 states with 159 offices and more than 21,000 agents. The company produced over 70,000 transactions and $27.8 billion in sales volume in 2023. “The launch of our commercial division solidifies United Real Estate | Partners as a truly full-service real estate brokerage,” said United Real Estate | Partners CEO Tom Bookhardt. “From residential sales and investments to rentals, property management and now comprehensive commercial services, we are uniquely positioned to meet every real estate need.” Commercial Division Director Mike Mito, CCIM, will lead the new division. He was formerly NOMAR’s president of its commercial investment division and the director of commercial sales for JPAR Gulf South Real Estate. Aujenee Johnson will serve as the Commercial Real Estate Advisor.
