The Latest Northeast Wisconsin forecast from Storm Team 5... Finally a break from the cold air moved in today, with highs into the low to mid 30s, roughly ten to fifteen degrees warmer then yesterday. A westerly wind, which is usually a colder direction, pushed in the milder air today. After some brief clearing this evening, plan to see some low clouds move back into the area. Temperatures will fall to around 20 this evening, before warming up to around 30 degrees at the morning bus stop tomorrow. Cloudy, overcast skies tomorrow, but with a SW wind gusting to 30-35mph out ahead of a cold front, highs tomorrow nudge up a few degrees warmer into the upper 30s to around 40. As this front approaches, a few flurries or a light drizzle is possible. Otherwise, tomorrow night, plan for temperatures to fall off quickly as this arctic front moves in. Morning wind chills on the order of -5 to -15. We will actually hit our high around midnight in the middle 20s, but daytime temperatures will make it into the middle and upper teens to around 20. Get ready for the coldest air of the season to kick in Saturday night, with low temperatures falling below zero, with morning wind chills of -15 to -25. Highs Sunday through Tuesday will only manage to recover into the single digits above and below zero. The coldest mornings will be Monday and Tuesday with wind chills -25 to -35.
