Four Wisconsin teenagers arrested for shots fired incident, homes hit by gunfire

BELOIT, Wis. (WFRV) - Four teenagers from southern Wisconsin were arrested after officers investigated a shots fired incident and seized guns from a suspect vehicle.
According to the Beloit Police Department, officers were called to the 1700 block of Porter Avenue around 1:45 a.m. on January 15.
When officers arrived to investigate the scene, they found shell casings and noticed that two homes were hit by gunfire. It was noted that no injuries were reported.

While officers from Beloit PD were on the scene, officers with the Janesville Police Department found a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle's description in Janesville.
Subsequently, four teenagers were arrested for recklessly endangering safety as a party to a crime after investigators conducted a search warrant on the vehicle, recovering firearms in the process.
Those arrested included two 18-year-olds from Beloit and two 19-year-olds from Janesville.
Officers say the investigation is ongoing. No additional information was provided.
