FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCBD) – If you were looking forward to the Taste of Folly Savory Saturday event this weekend, you will have to push back your plans. With rain forecast organizers have postponed the outdoor event until next Saturday, January 25. The cocktail competition set for Friday at the Tides in the Pavilion Ballroom from 6 to 8:30 p.m. will still happen during its regularly scheduled time. Tickets for the cocktail event are $45 if purchased before and $55 the day of. You must be at least 21 years old to attend, and all cocktails and appetizers are included in the ticket price. Tickets are still available for the Savory Saturday event that was postponed. Attendees can participate in a hot dog eat or oyster-shucking contest.
