BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Cal State Bakersfield Hot Stove Dinner is set for Friday at the university's Icardo Center. The evening is set to feature guest speaker Al "Ace" Downing, who is a former MLB pitcher, catering by Chef Lino's Catering and an open bar for attendees who are 21 and older. Organizers say there will be a live and silent auction with sports memorabilia, vacation getaways and more. Annual ADAKC Cinnamon Roll Drive to takeover Compassion Corner General admission to the event is $200 and for table sponsors the cost is $2,500. Tickets include a meal, an open bar and access to the silent and live auctions, according to organizers. Proceeds from the event will go toward CSUB Baseball.
