SOMERS, CT. (WWLP) - A car rolled over during a crash on Route 190 in Somers Thursday morning. Two car accident slows traffic on I-91 north in Windsor The Connecticut State Police states that the crash occurred around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday. Serious injuries were reported, and the car was seen flipped onto the roof on the side of the road. Map: Route 190 Route 190 was closed for some time between Turnpike Road and Eleanor Road.
