MONSON, Mass. (WWLP) - Monson Savings Bank was recognized by the nonprofit, Suit Up Springfield, for their support during 2024.

The president of Suit Up Springfield and the Director/Store Manager at Suit Up Springfield presented a certificate of appreciation to Monson Savings Bank representatives at their Monson Branch in December. The bank's commitment to the community aligns with Suit Up Springfield’s mission, making this partnership a natural fit.
Suit Up Springfield is a community organization that focuses on providing young men in Springfield with professional attire. Their goal is to help individuals find a suit that will give them the confidence, knowledge, and tools to help them become successful members of the community.
“Monson Savings Bank held a suit drive at six of their locations during the summer. The response they received from their team and the community was overwhelmingly positive,” said Chris Martin, President of Suit Up Springfield. “Several truckloads of suits and other professional attire were picked up from Monson Savings Bank locations. We thank them for hosting this initiative. Their commitment to the community is evident in all they do, and we are truly grateful for their partnership.”
