Police asked for the public’s help Thursday to find a man who went to work at an Apple Valley Domino’s but has been missing since he went to deliver pizzas Tuesday. Shuefaub Xiong (Courtesy of the Apple Valley Police Department) Shuefaub Xiong, 42, left the Domino’s on 141st Street off Pilot Knob Road to make four deliveries that were scheduled for around 6 p.m., according to Apple Valley police. Officers checked the areas of each missed delivery, but didn’t find Xiong or his car. Xiong may have been in Richfield around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday and used another person’s phone to try to contact his family, police said. Xiong was driving a red Toyota Camry with Minnesota plate CWT-545. He is described as an Asian man who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 215 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Apple Valley police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 952-953-2700.
