LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington police are investigating an armed robbery that took place early Thursday morning at a Speedway gas station on Nicholasville Road. According to police, the incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. when three suspects entered the store and demanded money. Authorities say two of the suspects were armed with a gun. No injuries were reported, but the suspects left the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. Investigators are asking anyone with information about the robbery or the suspects to contact Lexington Police at (859) 258-3600.
