Cayuga man injured in Sargent County DUI crash

SISSETON, ND (KXNET) — A Cayuga main was injured in a one-vehicle rollover Wednesday evening about two miles north of Sisseton in southeast North Dakota.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, on January 15, an SUV driven by a 44-year-old Cayuga man was traveling along a minimum maintenance road when it drove off the roadway, rolled into a ditch and came to a stop on the frozen ice of Lake Tewaukon.
The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Oaks Community Hospital.
Two passengers in the SUV were not injured.
The driver was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and no insurance.
The crash remains under investigation.
