A 41-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were both found fatally wounded in a possible domestic-related shooting Thursday morning on the West Side, Chicago police said. About 7:35 a.m., the victims were found unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the head in the 4100 block of West Grenshaw Street.
