INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead at an apartment complex near the Indiana State Fairgrounds Wednesday night. According to IMPD, around 11:35 p.m. officers received a report of a burglary at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of East 38th Street. When officers arrived, they didn't find any signs of forced entry. Police entered the apartment with a key and found an adult male with trauma. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
