SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- There was another round of Senate confirmation hearings today on Capitol Hill. A number of President-elect Donald Trump's cabinet nominees were on the hot seat again today as they answered numerous questions from several Senate committee members. This includes Senator Mike Rounds, who talked about former Texas Congressman and one-time director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. Union County Sheriff looking for missing teen "I think Republicans and Democrats will come together on his nomination. I think Mr. Radcliffe is now a known commodity. I think the fact that he's already been directly involved and has a real knowledge of the intelligence agency as a whole will help him," said Sen. Mike Rounds. If confirmed, Ratcliffe will lead the nation’s premier spy agency, responsible for foreign covert operations and collecting data on U.S. adversaries.
