Snow showers will move through SE WI Wednesday evening, starting between 6-8pm. Light snow will fall through midnight, tapering off to flurries overnight into early Thursday. Snowfall totals will be light, ranging from a dusting to as much as 1". Mild air continues to build in on Thursday, highs will warm into the mid to upper 30s. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, and winds will be breezy, gusting up to 30 mph.The warmest day of the week will be Friday with highs around 40 degrees. It will be breezy once again.The warmth is short-lived as another Arctic cold blast moves in; temperatures will fall through most of the weekend, bottoming out early next week. By Sunday night and early Monday, air temperatures will drop below zero, meaning this will be the coldest air we have seen so far this season.
