GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - You can warm up your winter with the Polar Palooza STEAM event on January 25 at The Children's Museum of Green Bay. The family-friendly event will feature plenty of winter-themed activities that will spark creativity and curiosity for children of all ages. Activities include indoor skating, ice experiments, and ice painting. "Early learning is so important. [Kids] can learn life skills just by doing these simple activities," explained The Children's Museum of Green Bay Education Specialist Olivia Dow. " When you're building a snowman, you're engineering while also learning problem-solving skills and getting creative." Date set for Appleton Public Library’s grand opening Additionally, Local 5's own Jordan Lamers will be at the event on January 25 to teach kids about the weather and to do some cloud-related experiments. The Polar Palooza is included with the museum's regular admission.
