Niagara SPCA looking to identify person who dumped dog in Wendy's dumpster

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The Niagara SPCA is asking for the public's assistance to find a person who allegedly dumped a dog in a Wendy's dumpster early Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred at the Wendy's in the Town of Niagara. The SPCA is looking for any information regarding the vehicle or the person pictured in this post. The organization's humane investigations officer can then be reached at (716) 731-4368 ext. 316.
Local attorney Dominic Saraceno is giving away a $3,000 reward to whoever has information that will lead to the person's arrest.
The dog is currently safe in the SPCA's custody.
