ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Later this week, you're invited to a night honoring our nation's heroes for the Military Salute Night. That's Friday at Blue Cross Arena for the Amerks game. Rochester will wear special jerseys inspired by the Marines and matching socks as a tribute to the armed forces. Fans can buy the game-worn jerseys through an online auction and proceeds benefit the Veterans Outreach Center. The auction is live now. The Amerks are also offering all veterans, retired, active duty, reserve, and National Guard service members one free ticket to the game.
