PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A portion of West Street in Pittsfield is closed on Wednesday due to a motor vehicle crash. Berkshire District Attorney’s office awarded over $200,000 in grant funding The Pittsfield Police Department states that West Street will be closed from Valentine Road to Sherwood Drive due to a motor vehicle hitting a pole early Wednesday morning. MAP: West Street The police say the road could be closed for a couple of hours and to use another route when traveling on Wednesday. There is no word on if there are any injuries or the cause of the crash.
