It is enormously disappointing to have Republicans locally, and far and wide, disgrace themselves by politicizing a megadisaster. That is low-class. Their idea of community is so puny and weak: It only extends as far as their tribal allegiance allows. They have foregone human decency. I pray for their wretched souls.
