West Coast drivers can help LA wildfire relief at the gas pump this week

(FOX40.COM) — Drivers in the three West Coast states can help the recovery efforts from the Los Angeles-area wildfires when they fuel up their vehicles this week.
Certain Circle K convenience stores in California, Oregon and Washington will lower prices on fuel on Thursday evening and donate part of the money during that time period to the Red Cross.
Here’s how to help those impacted by the wildfires across Southern California
The parent company of Circle K, Couche-Tard, announced that on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m., more than 240 locations across the three states will offer fuel at a discount of 40 cents per gallon.
A partial statement from Circle K's Vice President of Operations for the West Coast reads, "...it's important for us to dedicate this fuel event to supporting the relief and recovery efforts, and we're thankful for our partnership with the American Red Cross here on the West Coast."

According to Circle K, the price listed on the pump during Thursday evening will be the discounted price. Store locations can be found on the map in this link.
Firefighters from California, other states, Mexico and Canada continue to work to contain several wildfires in the Los Angeles area, with two of them, the Palisades Fire and the Eaton Fire, now among the most destructive in state history.
