WASHINGTON, D.C.– President-Elect Donald Trump says he’s planning to create an “External Revenue Service.” In a post on Truth Social Tuesday, Trump announced that the new federal agency will collect tariffs and other revenues from foreign nations. He said the External Revenue Service will be formed on Monday, which is Inauguration Day. Trump has promised massive hikes in tariffs on goods coming from Mexico, Canada and China starting on the first day of his administration.
