FORREST CITY, Ark. -- A St. Francis County teenager is charged with negligent homicide following what's being called a "tragic accidental shooting" at a Forrest City convenience store.
"There was an accident shooting. We have video footage of the whole entire incident," said Forrest City Police Chief Ronald Broussard.
Broussard told WREG that the fatal shooting at the Star One Gas Station on South Washington claimed the life of Lecorey Bogard, an employee at a local McDonald's.
"I know him well," Broussard said. "We jokingly call him Spiderman because he has a picture of a spider on his car. (He was a) good kid."
Broussard said video shows more than one person handling the pistol involved in the shooting, including the deceased.

On Tuesday, the store re-opened and a WREG reporter was allowed inside to see where the tragedy occurred.
Mohamed Fadel, the co-owner of the store, said he's related to the 16-year-old charged.
Fadel said he recalls Bogard sitting in a wheelchair, hanging out and laughing before the "accidental" shooting.
"It's sad. It's real sad. The gun went off because they didn't put it back on right," Fadel said. "It could be anybody else dead and it's still going to be the same story."
Fadel claimed the pistol belonged to Bogard. However, that has not been confirmed by Forrest City Police.
