MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- An Arkansas Police Chief is facing perjury charges, per the Cross County Sheriff's Department. Parkin Police Chief Chris Miller. (Cross County Sheriff's Department) Parkin Police Chief Chris Miller was arrested Tuesday morning on perjury charges. Miller took over as the Chief of Police in Parkin, Arkansas in December 2023. According to the Cross County Sheriff's Department, Miller posted bond and was released from custody Tuesday afternoon. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
