MEMPHIS, Tenn -- A man called to reprogram a car in a Southwest Memphis neighborhood Monday afternoon was robbed at gunpoint. Police said the key programmer went to the 4500 block of Honeysuckle Lane to meet a customer who said his automobile had been taken during a robbery and he needed it reprogrammed. Surveillance video shows the moment the victim stepped out of his car a male suspect immediately grabbed his key programmer and iPhone.
