CSP shares results of 2024 community survey
Jan 14, 2025
(COLORADO) — The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) offered its every-other-year survey to ask the community to give feedback on Patrol services.
The survey was conducted in September 2024 and offered the public opportunities to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in CSP services and calls for support. The survey saw 3,850 responses and rated CSP highly in professionalism, respectful behavior and treating people fairly.
However, respondents said they had not noticed safer driving behaviors and rated aggressive/reckless driving, community educational events, and commercial vehicle safety as the top three areas CSP should focus on.
"Feedback from this survey helps Troop leaders prioritize and respond to the community's direct concerns and priorities while also continuing to address the top crash factors in their area. Survey results did show a connection between troopers' visibility and accessibility and how connected and supported a survey respondent felt about the Patrol," wrote CSP.
The full results of the survey can be found on CSP's website.
